Former Governor Deval Patrick '82 speaks on the Future of Tech Commission

Governor Deval Patrick, a distinguished HLS alumnus, will lead a conversation on the work of the Future of Tech Commission that he currently co-chairs. The Commission is an independent, bipartisan working group of civic leaders developing a comprehensive, inclusive tech policy agenda for the Biden administration. Deval served two terms as the Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2007-2015 with an emphasis on health care, education and transportation policies, and promoting life sciences and technology-related businesses. He currently is a Senior Advisor at Bain Capital where he founded the Double Impact Fund to invest in companies that deliver both superior returns and measurable social or environmental impact. He serves on a number of business and charitable boards, and co-chairs BridgeTogether, a nonprofit helping to build a permanent Democratic grassroots infrastructure in key states.
